The National Blood Clot Alliance (NBCA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have collaborated to create this important public health awareness campaign to get the word out about the risks and symptoms of life-threatening blood clots.

As part of a cooperative agreement, NBCA is working with the CDC to save lives by raising awareness about this crucial public health issue. Blood clots can be prevented or safely treated, and lives can be saved, when people know their risks and recognize signs and symptoms.
